"Help, I just ordered and paid for an online course but I have not received any access details."


1) This is a common occurrence where we've found 99% of the cause is the IT dept at your company and/or your email service provider has blocked you from receiving your course access details from our domain (ethanhathaway.com).


Please ensure your IT dept and your email provider SAFELISTS/WHITELISTS (unblocks) any emails from the domain: ethanhathaway.com.


2) The other common cause is the email address was entered incorrectly.


3) As it's more than likely the email access details were blocked from being received in your account, you may also try to login with these instructions:


  • Go to: https://www.ethanhathaway.com/members/
  • Click on the "Forgot password / Retrieve password" link
  • Enter the email you used to pay/enroll in the course (or purchase the digital product) as your username
  • Check your email to retrieve/reset your access password
  • Try logging in to access your product
