If you can log into the course/member's area but having problems viewing/starting/resuming the course, it's most often an issue with your web browser's cache and cookies.


Please try following suggestions to resolve your issue:

  • Try clearing your cookies and cache from your web browser (Once you clear the cache of your web browser, you may need to close it and open the web browser again for it to work)
  • Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version
  • If the above does not resolve the problem, try accessing the site with an "incognito" or "private" browser window


In majority of cases, the above will resolve any access issues you're having.
