How do I retrieve and/or reset my password? Print

If you have forgotten or need to retrieve or reset your password, please follow the below steps:

Go to: http://www.ethanhathaway.com/members/
Click on the "Lost your password" link
Enter your email that is associated with your account in the appropriate field
Click on Get New Password
Check your email inbox (also check your SPAM/Junk folders)
Follow the subsequent instructions to reset your new password
