We are happy to complete the DGT-1 forms for Indonesian clients to prevent the double-taxation.

Please note that for Part III: Certification by Competent Authority or Authorized Tax Office of the Country of Residence, the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Dept has provided Ethan Hathaway with a Certificate of Residence (CoR) as proof of Ethan Hathaway's registered business in Hong Kong in lieu of signing/stamping this section of the form (which they will not do).
